Welcome

Target Rifle South Australia is the representative organisation in South Australia for the Olympic and Commonwealth Games disciplines of .22 Smallbore and .177 Air Rifle target shooting. We also support events for .22 calibre benchrest and other light weight rimfire .22 calibre rifles.

The sport of Smallbore and Air Rifle shooting is enjoyed by millions of people of all ages around the world - men and women, old and young, able and physically disabled. Some enjoy this sport at a social level, others enjoy the competition offered to all at a state and national level, while still others strive for the perfection to be the very best.

Our Mission

To co-ordinate, develop and promote Smallbore and Air Rifle activities within South Australia, educating people in the safe handling and responsible use of firearms, and encouraging shooting proficiency.

CONGRATULATIONS

to junior, Joel Beattie for being selected to attend the National Youth Science Forum which will be held in Perth WA during January 2011.
We understant that he is the first person at his school to receive such an honour, which came as a result of attendance at a special "testing" session held in Adelaide a few weeks ago where he attended interviews, worked as part of a group to carry out a set task and also gave a presentation on a specified topic.
Well done Joel! and best wishes for the future.
